Situated in an architecturally significant location between two renowned villas designed by J.B. van Loghem, this contemporary, modern and open villa stands on the banks of the River Spaarne. The client commissioned an optimistic and contemporary home. The design reflects the optimism with which Tuinwijk-Zuid was originally developed, translating this vision into the architecture of today. The villa is built entirely from bio-based materials and is energy-neutral, without compromising its distinctive architectural expression.
